The NZ Qigong and TCM Association Qigong Open Day will be held on Sunday 12th March, 1.45pm to 5.45pm, at Sunnynook Community Centre, 148 Sycamore Drive, Sunnynook, Auckland 0620
Qigong is the ancient art of illness prevention and health enhancement that has been passed down for centuries in China.
There are currently millions of practitioners worldwide.
Learn why Qigong is considered by many to be the most efficient way to exercise and maintain good health. Experience how Qigong can simultaneously benefit your mental, emotional and physical well-being.
During the day we will have a variety of classes and seminars where people will have the opportunity to experience first-hand, the theory and practice of Qigong.
There will be presentations, Qi healing sessions and stalls with information on classes, instructors, books, DVDs, and brochures, etc.
We are so happy and fortunate to have some great teachers giving presentations and therapists offering Qigong treatment at the Qigong Open Day.
